TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Behaviour & Etiquette

It is the responsibility of COLAB Theatre Ltd staff to deliver a friendly, safe and enjoyable experience for the audience. If any person acts outside what is considered good behaviour, COLAB Theatre Ltd staff reserve the right to ask them to leave the group. This can include:

• Swearing or inappropriate language
• Inappropriate body language that makes staff or other audience members uncomfortable
• Anything that renders our staff unable to deliver the experience safely
• Damaging equipment (the audience member is legally obliged to compensate COLAB Theatre Ltd for the full replacement value)

COLAB Theatre Ltd adopts a zero-tolerance policy for intoxication or prohibited substances; bullying, violence or threatening behaviour; homophobic, sexist, racist or religious taunts; belittling language; and unwelcome advances towards staff or other audience members. We reserve the right to refuse admission and to require any ticket holder to leave the performance.

2. Personal Responsibility & Liability

• Audience members take full responsibility for their own safety during the event and take part voluntarily.
• Audience members may refuse to take part in any activity proposed during the show.
• COLAB Theatre Ltd is not responsible for individuals partaking in unlawful or dangerous behaviour.
• Minors (under 18) must be under adult supervision at all times; the accompanying adult takes responsibility for the safety, behaviour and actions of the minors in their party.
• It is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to declare any minors under their supervision prior to the event.

3. Ticket Conditions, Refunds & Cancellation

• Every member of the audience must have a ticket.
• Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes or at a premium without written consent; the transfer of tickets is not permitted.
• The ticket is sold subject to our right to make alterations to the cast or advertised arrangements necessitated by any unavoidable cause.
• Tickets cannot be refunded unless a performance is cancelled or abandoned when less than half has taken place.
• If a cancellation occurs up to 24 hours before the booking, refunds are not available but we will provide alternative dates at no extra cost. If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the event, refunds are available.
• Please note that tickets cannot be refunded less than 24 hrs before the performance start time.

4. Permissions

COLAB Theatre Ltd reserves the right to access and use audience members’ personal information, including phone number and email address, during the show and for marketing purposes. Audience members have the right to opt out of marketing by emailing info@colabtheatre.co.uk.

5. Declaration

By proceeding with your booking and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are legally bound to ensure that you and your booking party abide by them, and you accept all the terms and conditions herein.
